Job summary

Qualifications

Current Alabama RN license and active registration.
Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and treatment planning.
Develop and implement individualized care plans using rehabilitation principles.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on disease management and rehab strategies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
