Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and support Environmental Services staff on evening and overnight shifts.
• Actively participate in cleaning, sanitation, and departmental duties as needed.
• Assign daily tasks, set priorities, monitor productivity, ensure standards are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
• Hold employees accountable for attendance, punctuality, work quality, and compliance with policies.
• Address performance concerns and escalate disciplinary matters as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection prevention in resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor staffing levels, coordinate shift coverage, and communicate concerns to management.
• Conduct inspections and correct deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Complete shift reports accurately and on time.
