Qualifications

• Three years' experience in custodial service operations.
• One year in a lead or supervisory role.
• No High School Diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates custodial staff across assigned areas and shifts.
• Prepares reports and sets unit goals.
• Manages inventory of supplies and equipment; oversees procurement.
• Performs as working supervisor during staffing shortages and absences.
• Inspects facility condition and recommends repairs or replacements.
• Reviews and edits staff time cards and approvals
