Job summary

Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg is seeking a Resident Assistant / Caregiver (PCA/CNA) for part-time 2nd or 3rd shift at 1804 Bragg Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Starting at $17.58/hour, higher pay based on experience. CNA not required for all positions, but prior caregiving experience is a plus.

You will assist residents with evening and overnight routines, provide hands-on care, document care per plan, and work with a team dedicated to safe, comfortable days for residents.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable caregiving approach.
• Willing to provide hands-on personal care.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, memory care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily needs.
• Follow care plans and document provided care.
• Respond to residents' needs during shift.
• Communicate with teammates to maintain care consistency.
