Responsibilities include following the daily production schedule, ensuring proper recipes and settings, monitoring CCPs, maintaining clean work areas, and recording batch data and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or food handling preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic tools safely.
• Industrial machinery experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence.
• Ensure that the product is baked using the proper recipes and settings established.
• Perform required HACCP monitoring checks to verify that CCPs are working properly.
• Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Accurately and legibly maintain records of batches made, equipment used, deviations, and other processing parameters.
• Monitor automated equipment to verify it is functioning properly.
