Job summary

Denver Springs is seeking a licensed therapist to join our team. You will assess psychosocial needs, collaborate on treatment plans, and provide counseling and support to patients and families with mental health challenges.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must hold an LMSW/LCSW/LPC license and a Master's degree; ACLS/PALS required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LMSW, LCSW, or LPC license and a Master's degree from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services (support groups, housing assistance).
• Advocate for patients' rights and equitable care within the healthcare system.
