Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving experience at a quality establishment.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications required.
• WineQuest certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a pleasant smile and provide superior customer service.
• Must have full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
• Polish and clean water glasses in assigned station before opening hours.
• Maintain tabletop standards and ensure salt, pepper, and sugar caddies are full.
• Take orders and answer questions or offer menu suggestions.
• Communicate dietary needs with the culinary team.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Present accurate check and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and set up tables.
• Complete closing duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
