Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking a Part Time Dockworker-Outbound in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, reading shipping labels, and following loading instructions with safe handling practices.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with a 5 PM start, handling materials and equipment while maintaining DOT safety standards and accurate paperwork. Competitive pay and a people-first environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Must perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a non-DOT physical.
• At-will employment understands no contract guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight by hand or with hand trucks/dollies.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or dock to prevent damage.
• Follow DOT loading requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform daily paperwork related to job tasks.
• Be available to work Monday–Friday with a 5 PM start.
• Comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
