A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Carteret, NJ. This role involves safely transporting freight on and off trailers and verifying documentation. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Earn $22.75 per hour with a scheduled increase to $23.75 after 12 months. Start time is 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay via direct deposit. 401(k) with company match and annual profit sharing are provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management system to track freight shipment locations at the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
