Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our West Chester, OH team. You will transport freight on and off trailers and verify documentation, with forklift experience preferred.

Start at $22.75 per hour with a planned raise to $23.75 after 12 months. Schedule is 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay via direct deposit. We offer a 401(k) with company match and annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior warehousing, freight, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management systems to track freight locations in the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers to coordinate moves.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Operate with a customer service first mindset.
