Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team. This role involves safely transporting freight on and off trailers and verifying related documentation. Forklift experience is preferred.

Starting pay is $21.75 per hour with a raise to $22.75 after 12 months. Schedule is 5:00 PM, Monday and Friday, with weekly pay every Friday. 401(k) with company match and annual profit sharing are offered. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Warehousing, freight and/or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Using the document management system to track freight shipment locations across the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
