Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Princeton, NJ seeks an Outbound Delivery Planner on 2nd shift to support daily production flow, inventory, and customer orders. You will generate pick-pack, communicate with internal teams, and resolve batch discrepancies while coordinating with manufacturing, planning, quality, and customer service across shifts.

The role requires standing for long periods, handling up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of flavor and fragrance supply chain operations.
• Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate pick pack for Outbound Delivery Planner by running reports and transactions.
• Communicate update details to internal stakeholders to ensure accurate goods issue dates.
• Inform quality department of batches that do not meet strategy requirements.
• Notify customer service about SUT mismatches between sales orders and inventory.
