Job summary

Merchants Distributors, Inc. (MDI) in Scranton, SC, seeks a Warehouse Selector to pick cases and containers for customer orders using voice-picking and an electric pallet jack.

You will stack, wrap, tag pallets, transport them to loading doors, and maintain a minimum weekly productivity of 155 cases/hour while following safety and quality standards. Shift is 3:30 PM–12:00 AM with one weekday off and Saturday off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive warehouse environment.
• Stand up lift truck experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 10-35 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb.

Responsibilities

• Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner to enter random weight products.
• Stack cases on pallets, fully wrap and tag, and move to loading doors.
• Operate reach lift as needed and assist with loading.
• Maintain a minimum weekly productivity average of 155 cases/hour.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
