Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required; Certified Surgical Technician credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician or OR Tech.
• Demonstrates sterile technique, scrubbing, gowning, gloving, and aseptic practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing nursing care in the OR under RN supervision.
• Maintain sterile field and organize equipment and supplies.
• Assist with positioning, transfer, and room preparation.
• Respond promptly in emergencies and protect patient rights and safety.
