Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance’s CHA Cambridge Hospital is hiring an Operating Room Orderly/Assistant for the Cambridge campus. This part-time role supports perioperative care in the OR, assisting caregivers to deliver quality patient care in line with nursing standards.

You will help transport patients by wheelchair or gurney, maintain a safe and clean perioperative environment, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year perioperative experience in OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, orderly perioperative environment.
• Help transport patients by wheelchair or gurney to the operating room and other locations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
