Job summary

You will help train staff, address performance issues, and maintain an orderly, efficient operation in line with Wendy's standards. Must be 18+, with restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards.
• Ability to supervise during non-peak hours and direct crew.

Responsibilities

• Supervises open and close activities during non-service hours.
• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems and refers to unit manager for discipline when needed.
• Monitors adherence to procedures, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assists in training and cross-training of positional skills.
