Job summary

Embassy Suites Seattle Airport is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee hotel operations during the evening shift. You will supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams, address guest concerns, and ensure safety and security across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple departments and emergencies. Prior supervisory hotel experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office Manager to control costs and operations.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest relocation and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
