Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking an Operations Assistant for the Second Shift in Spring Valley, Illinois. You will support warehouse operations and provide administrative coordination, handling inbound materials, reviewing sales orders, coordinating shipments, and preparing shipping documents.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong MS Office skills; you will contribute to data accuracy, scheduling, and reporting while upholding safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reports
• Reviewing and verifying completed sales orders for timely processing
• Coordinating outbound shipments and assisting with transportation scheduling
• Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, including bills of lading, manifests, and packing lists
• Scheduling inbound delivery appointments with carriers and vendors
• Assisting with inventory verification and record accuracy
• Scanning, organizing, and maintaining electronic Material Test Reports (MTRs)
• Supporting operational efficiency through accurate data entry and administrative coordination
