Job summary

Qualifications

Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration
Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
6 months of familiarity with basic financial clearance functions
3 years of supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related healthcare setting
1 year of knowledge of Epic applications
6 months of coursework in team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution
Experience with MEDITECH system

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day staff management and address issues with resolution.
