Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience in healthcare or business administration.
• Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Certification: CHAA required upon hire.
• Certification: CRCS required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related healthcare setting.
• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications.
• 6 months familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
• 6 months coursework in team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
• Experience with MEDITECH system.

• Oversee day-to-day staff management and performance monitoring.
• Identify issues, drive resolution, and implement staff quality and productivity measures.
• Promote a positive patient experience and ensure patient satisfaction.
