The position requires MA RN or LPN licensure, 2+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of long-term care regulations, and CPR/BLS/ACLS. English fluency and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN licensure.
• 2+ years in clinical supervision or leadership.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection control.
• Current CPR certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with facility policies and state/federal long-term care regulations.
• Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff by coordinating daily assignments and providing clinical direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition; collaborate with physicians and families to develop care plans.
• Ensure safe medication administration, clinical documentation, and infection prevention practices.
• Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
