Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse license in good standing or multi-state privilege to practice in Arizona.
• BSN degree and 3 years of direct patient care experience, or graduate degree with at least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Proof of all current immunizations/titers.
• Proof of negative PPD or negative chest x-ray.
• Current CPR certification.
• Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance.
• Immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after 1957.
• Offer contingent: Negative Urine drug screen within 48 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor nursing students in clinical practice settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, medical centers, rehab centers, and assisted living.
• Provide hands-on instruction and evaluate student skills to ensure adherence to nursing standards.
• Help students develop competencies to transition into professional nursing roles upon graduation.
• Work under the general supervision of the Director of Registered Nursing.
