Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Registered Nursing, the Night Adult Adjunct Clinical Instructor for Practical and Registered Nursing will oversee and mentor nursing students in clinical practice settings such as: hospitals, nursing homes, medical centers, rehab centers, assisted-living, and other sites that provide clinical experience. This role involves providing hands-on instruction, evaluating student skills, and ensuring adherence to established nursing practices and standards set by the Board of Nursing. The primary learning objective is for students to develop the necessary skills and competencies to successfully transition into professional nursing roles upon graduation.

Salary:
Day Shift $60.00/ hour Night Shift $75.00/hour
Training And Experience:
- Required:
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse license in good standing or multi-state privilege to practice in Arizona
- And one of the following:
- BSN degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
- Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited university with at least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
Other Requirements:
- Proof of all current immunizations/titers.
- Proof of negative PPD or negative chest x-ray
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) fingerprint clearance card.
- Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.
- Candidates for hire, if offered the position, must submit within 48 hours of the offer at their own expense a Negative Urine drug screen for commonly abused controlled substances.
