Qualifications

• Must hold a Washington state or compact nursing license.
• Credentialed for the ADN nursing program through Everett Community College and NCLEX.
• Commitment to inclusive and equitable teaching.
• Experience in higher education or clinical teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Nursing program for the biannual Evening cohort.
• Foster an equitable, anti-racist, and culturally inclusive learning environment.
• Develop curriculum and deliver teaching/learning activities to maximize student learning.
• Create current course syllabi using inclusive templates and align with learning objectives.
• Assess student work and finalize grades by deadlines.
• Maintain office hours for student consultation and refer students to college services.
