Job summary

Everett Community College seeks a Nursing Faculty (Tenure Track) to teach courses within the Nursing program across classroom, clinical, and laboratory settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, active Washington RN licensure, and recent practice in acute/OB/pediatrics. The position offers full-time status, potential for hybrid work, and is guided by the AFT union. You will contribute to curriculum development, advising, and ACEN-related quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Washington state.
• Evidence of acute, long-term, OB, Pediatric and/or ambulatory care nursing practice within the last three years as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Nursing program in classroom, clinical, and laboratory settings.
• Develop and deliver course syllabi and assessments that meet learning objectives.
• Advise a caseload of currently enrolled students and participate in program advising.
• Support evaluation and continuous improvement of student learning and nursing program outcomes.
• Contribute to ACEN accreditation activities and college priorities.
