Job summary

Everett Community College's Business department invites applications for an Accounting Associate Faculty position. The role supports the Accounting program, teaching listed courses, developing inclusive curricula, and delivering scheduled instruction for a 100% course load with 1.0 FTE.

The position includes collaborative college service, office hours, and ongoing professional responsibilities; salary is $20,485 per quarter, with potential additional compensation reviewed in the AFT contract.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum two years of accounting or finance experience.
• Ability to teach and develop curriculum per course records.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and equity.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses per syllabus and course records.
• Develop current syllabus using inclusive template.
• Assess student work and provide feedback aligned to outcomes.
• Maintain office hours for student consultation.
• Refer students to college services as appropriate.
