Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Nursing faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction, provide academic advisement to students, and contribute to the ongoing development of the Nursing curriculum. This role will focus on evening class offerings, with hours and classes to be determined.

On-campus presence is required, including evening hours from 3–11 pm and daytime meetings as needed, with flexibility for location across college sites.

Formación

• Must hold a master’s degree in nursing.
• At least 2 calendar years of full-time RN clinical experience.
• Evidence of training in teaching and learning for adult education; curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Compliance with NC Board of Nursing Administrative Faculty Rule 21 NCAC 36.0318.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality instruction in the Nursing program.
• Provide academic advisement to students.
• Contribute to development and improvement of the Nursing curriculum.
• Maintain professionalism and meet the evening hours (3–11 pm) and daytime meetings as needed.
