Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of satisfactory full-time experience in basic patient care under supervision.
• NYS CNA license or certification preferred; High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change dressings and assist with basic care as directed.
• Take vital signs and document care and observations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and feeding as needed.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Assist with discharge and keeping the care environment clean and organized.
