Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Change dressings and assist with basic care as directed.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, respiration).
• Document care and patient information as required.
• Attend to activities of daily living and provide nourishment and hygiene support.
• Maintain patient rights, dignity and confidentiality.
• May perform housekeeping tasks related to direct care to keep unit clean and stocked.
• Assist with dialysis setup and movement of dialysis machines where needed.
