Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• CA RN license required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible nursing leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical management and administrative coordination of a designated unit.
• Supervise patient care staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinate unit operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and performance evaluations for staff.
• Support the Nurse Manager and act as a liaison for the unit.
