Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an Evening RN/LPN to join our compassionate nursing team for the 3-11 shift. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and competitive pay rates in a resident-focused environment.

Qualified applicants must hold an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license, have BLS CPR, and be able to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting while documenting care accurately and adhering to care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of nursing experience.
• Massachusetts RN/LPN license currently active.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents and report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

PAY: $35-$53 (ALL INCLUSIVE)

$5 PIB for FT

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
