Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Boston, MA is seeking an Evening Nurse (RN/LPN) for a 3-11 shift. We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay ranging from $35 to $53 per hour, plus $5 PIB for FT and up to $3 shift differentials.

You will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and ensure plans are followed with accuracy. Eligible candidates hold an active MA RN/LPN license, BLS, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Qualifications

• Current, active MA RN/LPN license.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the physician’s plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
