Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an Evening Nurse (RN/LPN) for a 3-11 shift in our 100-bed facility. Must have 2 years of experience and an active Massachusetts license. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed. We offer daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Current, active RN/LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per acceptable standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Daily Pay!

PAY: $35-$53 (ALL INCLUSIVE)

$5 PIB for FT

Up to $3 shift diff

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
