Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree within five years of hire and continuous enrollment in a relevant program.
• Current Iowa RN license at time of hire; IL license within 12 months.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards and evidence-based practices.
