Job summary
MercyOne Genesis Silvis is seeking a Weekend Package Nursing House Supervisor to lead a skilled nursing team, ensure patient safety, and uphold Trinity Health standards during Friday to Sunday night shifts. As a licensed RN with leadership experience, you will develop staff, manage operations, and maintain quality of care across the unit, with shift differentials and day-one benefits.
This role offers $21.50-$23.50 per hour weekend differential, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required or must be pursued within five years of hire.
- Current Illinois RN license and Iowa RN license must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be maintained.
- Mandatory Reporter training must be completed within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage staffing and workflows during weekend shifts.
- Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards.
- Advocate for colleagues’ development and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership on care plans.
