Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeper Lead at MercyOne Genesis Davenport in Davenport, IA. This full-time position offers a rotating weekend schedule with hours that may vary and a fixed pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

The role involves supervising, training and inspecting housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures align with unit standards, while assisting to provide top-quality service to guests. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Documents staff attendance and shift coverage; coordinates breaks.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets; communicates changes.
• Assigns keys, radios and beepers; maintains security of equipment.
• Checks equipment for supplies and cleanliness; instructs fixes as needed.
• Inspects areas to verify cleaning standards are met.
• Conducts staff training; maintains professionalism with customers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
