Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our Health Center in Princeton, IN. You will provide care to client employees and support occupational health programs, with evening/night shifts typically starting at 2:30 PM or 6:00 PM.

This role requires compliance with regulatory standards, performing physical examinations, injections, wound care, and coordinating with physicians, safety teams, and the client to promote safe, healthy work.

Qualifications

• Maintains State RN license to practice.
• Maintains NP license to practice.
• Maintains Federal DEA license (as applicable).
• BLS/ACLS certification on hands-on training is required.
• Certification in occupational health (COHN/COHN-S/CM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Performs physical examinations and fitness for duty assessments as requested.
• Administers injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Provides care to injured workers and coordinates with TPA and client for case management.
• Develops patient care plans and educates patients on treatment and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and health teams for comprehensive care.
