Job summary

Premise Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist for our Health Center in Princeton, IN. This full-time role involves performing ergonomic assessments, leading movement-focused training, and coordinating care to prevent injuries among client employees.

The position supports a Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and overnight hours (5:15pm–2:00am), offering a consistent work pattern and opportunities to contribute to wellness initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on training in BLS/CPR for healthcare/community.
• Current Hands-on training in First Aid (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide care to client employees and support injury prevention efforts.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and injury prevention.
• Provide follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement principles.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support wellbeing initiatives.
• Complete documentation and maintain patient health records accurately.
• Participate in meetings and task forces as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
