Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to serve client employees at our Health Center in Princeton, IN. Evening/night shifts typically start at 2:30 PM or 6:00 PM, with flexibility for these start times.

You’ll perform injections, wound care, exams, and occupational health duties, collaborate with physicians and safety teams, and support return‑to‑work and health promotion programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP license and national certification (ANCC/AANP).
• Active state RN license and prescriptive authority required.
• 3+ years in ambulatory/occupational health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform injections, suturing, wound care, and diagnostic testing as needed.
• Provide occupational health services and exams for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians, safety teams, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support return‑to‑work processes.
