Job summary

Advocate Health’s Wisconsin Hospice Divisional - Nursing: SCT is seeking a part-time RN to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care across Oshkosh, Green Bay and surrounding areas. The role requires 2 shifts per month with one weekend shift; after hours and night coverage is available, according to the schedule.

The RN will build therapeutic nurse-patient relationships, ensure quality and safe care, educate patients and families, and follow the nursing process within the team to support

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Earn 5.0 continuing education credits annually.
• 1 year of medical nursing experience with various age groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a therapeutic nurse-patient relationship throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Facilitates quality care and patient safety while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Educates patients and families to support learning and positive outcomes.
• Applies the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with the care team and demonstrates professional development.
