Advocate Health’s 34141 WI Hospice Divisional - Nursing: SCT (Supportive Care Team) in Milwaukee is seeking an RN for after-hours, part-time shifts in Milwaukee and surrounding counties. You will build therapeutic nurse-patient relationships, assess needs, and contribute to quality care on the unit while maintaining regulatory standards.

Shifts are 2 per month, with one weekend. The pay range is $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• RN licensure in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains therapeutic nurse-patient relationships across the healthcare continuum.
• Assesses patient and family needs and facilitates participation in care.
• Applies nursing standards of care and documents care and outcomes.
• Demonstrates nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
• Collaborates with the care team and supports professional development.
