Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active RN license in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician plan, and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulatory compliance.
