• Maintains accurate, timely documentation of patient care where applicable.
• Participates in hand-off reports of patient and department needs upon arrival and departure.
• Performs delegated tasks after competency validation.
• Uses therapeutic transfer techniques to mobilize patients and foster independence.
• Encourages patient independence and tailors care to individual preferences.
