Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN.
• Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification (prior to or upon employment).
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred yet not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents to ensure continuity and evaluation of care as ordered.
• Maintains documentation of nursing observations in the medical record and provides direct resident care.
• Assists residents in safety, timely care, and transportation to activities and appointments.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
