Job summary

Base pay is $36.40 per hour with additional evening, night, and weekend differentials. MO RN licensure (or compact) and 1+ year RN experience are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN licensure or multi-state compact required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and plan care.
• Assess and reassess pain; use numeric scales or FLACC as needed.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure care quality.
