Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Program
• Less than 1 year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures according to exam protocol promptly.
• Demonstrates an expertise of radiation dose reference levels and monitoring.
• Uses iSTAT point of care testing for obtaining creatinine levels.
• Utilizes AIDET to communicate with patients and establish rapport.
• Prepares the patient and area for the procedure; positions the patient and sets exposure factors.
• Protects patients and employees by following safety and infection-control policies.
• Maintains equipment and work area; reports issues and assists with inventory.
• Maintains documentation and imaging records in appropriate systems.
• Screens entrants to ensure department safety and readiness.
• May take call, if required.
