Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Multimodality Technologist for CT and X-ray imaging. The role covers imaging in two or more modalities, with emphasis on CT, MR, Nuc Med or IR as needed. Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Program is required.
• Less than 1 year of experience is noted for the role.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures according to exam protocol promptly.
• Maintains imaging quality and safety standards.
• Uses iSTAT point-of-care testing for creatinine levels.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET and explains the procedure.
• Prepares patient and room for procedures and positions patient.
• Follows safety, infection-control, and radiation policies.
• Maintains equipment and coordinates with engineers to ensure optimal operation.
• Documents requisitions, patient history, and policies.
• Maintains medical imaging records per department procedures.
