This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, on-the-job training, and the ability to work efficiently across sites. Paid training is provided as you support teams and communicate needs to management to maintain quality and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to multiple locations as part of daily duties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and oversee multiple cleaning locations.
• Supervise and support cleaning staff.
• Ensure cleaning is completed efficiently, thoroughly, and on schedule.
• Perform quality checks and address areas needing improvement.
• Provide employees with constructive feedback and coaching.
• Help train new and existing employees.
• Step in and assist with cleaning when needed.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, quality, and location needs.
• Help ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
