Job summary

TamCare Services in Florida is seeking an Assistant Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning across multiple sites in Dade and Broward, with rotation between day and night shifts and travel between locations.

You will lead cleaning teams, perform general and specialized tasks (carpet/tile cleaning), and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure pristine facilities and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of janitorial experience with references.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites during shifts, providing cleaning support.
• Work across locations with day and night shifts as needed.
• Supervise cleaning teams and assist with carpet and tile cleaning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across facilities.
• Prepare building inspections and communicate with supervisors.
• Assist with restocking and organizing cleaning carts.
