Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have excellent attendance and a good work record.
• Familiarity with mold preventive maintenance inspections.
• Good housekeeping skills are required.
• Must score 62%+ on the Mechanical Comprehension Test.
• Knowledge of mold components is required.
• Must own tools and be available for overtime.
• Tow motor certification is required.
• Creative problem solving ability is required.
• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Physically mobile (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Able to work around moving parts and in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold installation, set-up, and removal.
• Maintain mold related hardware.
• Fabricate chutes and guards to prevent cap loss and runner loss.
• Keep accurate paperwork.
• Must perform any other assigned duties.
• Comply with safety, quality, ISO, SQF and regulatory requirements; report concerns.
